(Undated) — Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, is reporting the sentencing on Jodi Estep. According to Shaner, on February 25th, following a one-day jury trial, a jury found Estep guilty of Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer, Criminal Damage to Property, and Public Indecency. Shaner reports that during an April 28th Crawford County Court appearance, Estep was sentenced to six years in the IDOC on the Class 2 Felony charge of Aggravated Battery of a Peace Officer and 300 days in the Crawford County Jail on the Criminal Damage to Property and Public Indecency charges. The Robinson Police Department and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
