(Undated) — The National Weather Service says we are in line for another round of showers and thunderstorms. According to this morning’s Hazardous Weather Outlook, scattered thunderstorms are expected to redevelop mid-afternoon and move across central Illinois through the early evening. They say some of these storms could be strong to severe, capable of producing damaging wind gusts and one-inch hail, and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. They say that spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and early evening. Stay tuned to Classic Hits, WTYE, for the latest weather information.
