Deputies Respond to Single Vehicle Accident

(Palestine) — Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident Friday. According to Sheriff, Bill Rutan, at approximately 3 p.m. on County Road 1425 North at North Trimble Road, a male juvenile driving a 1998 Dodge Ram was heading north on North Trimble Road when he lost control while making a left hand turn, striking a ditch embankment and a tree on the south side of the road. United Lifecare Ambulance Service and the Robinson Fire Department were also dispatched to the scene. The driver was taken to Crawford Memorial Hospital for possible injuries.
