Maria Bantican-Garrard Sentenced to IDOC

(Palestine) — A Palestine woman was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a court appearance last week. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, is reporting that Maria Bantican-Garrard was sentenced to two years on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Felony. The Robinson Police Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
