(Undated) — Two people were sentenced to time in the IDOC in unrelated cases during early July Crawford County Court appearances. Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, is reporting the sentencing of Timothy Courtney to three years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Patricia Wirth of Newton was sentenced to two years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. The Robinson and Oblong Police Departments, as well as the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department, assisted in the prosecution of these cases.
