(Robinson) — An investigation continues into a recent fire at an Ameren storage building in Robinson. According to Robinson Fire Protection District Officials, they were dispatched to the commercial structure fire at the 400 block of South King Street. Reports indicate that when units arrived, they found a commercial storage building “fully involved” with a roof that had already collapsed. As a result of structural damage, crews were not able to progress their trucks into the interior of the building. While no injuries were reported, the building is listed as a “total loss.” Lamotte Township Fire, United Life Care Ambulance, and the Robinson Police Department assisted the Robinson Fire Protection District.
