Palestine Village Board Meets Tonight

(Palestine) — The Palestine Village Board meets this afternoon. On the agenda in “New Business,” the board will open bids for the sale of surplus real estate, discuss and approve the purchasing of a “Jetter Hose,” the addition of one user to Sage Accounting Software for the Treasurer, the September Anniversary raises for two employees, and the implementation of a 1% grocery tax. The Village Board will also get updates from several committees. The Palestine Village Board meets this afternoon at 5 p.m. at Village Hall.
