Unit 2 Board to Look at the Budget Tonight

(Robinson) — The Robinson Unit 2 Board meets this afternoon. In “Old Business,” they are set to review and approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with Twin Rivers Career and Technical Education System and revisions to the 2025-2026 RHS Student Handbook. In “New Business,” they are set to consider and approve an RHS Drama Club/RHS Choir field trip to see the “Phantom of the Opera” at the Fox Theater in St. Louis in February, an overnight trip for RHS FCA to attend the “Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Ky, and consider giving the Superintendent and/or Director of District Operations permission to apply for the Fiscal Year 2026 Illinois School Maintenance Grant. In other business, the board is set to consider and approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. The Unit 2 Board meets this afternoon at 5:30 p.m. in the Unit 2 District Office. There will be a budget hearing at 5:15 p.m.
