Fall Clean-Up for Robinson Residents Begins Saturday

(Robinson) — The City of Robinson is reminding the public about its Fall Clean Up schedule. The public is reminded that an electronic recycling event will be held this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., or until trailers are full, at the Robinson Wastewater Treatment Facility. This is a cash-only event and is open rain or shine. “Yard Waste Fall Clean Up” will take place October 20th – 24th on your regular pick-up days, followed by Republic Services Fall Clean Up on October 27th – 31st for paid-up customers. Republic customers are reminded that all mattresses must be wrapped in plastic and carpet must be cut into four-foot sections. Items such as tires, large appliances, televisions, computers, paint, construction materials, batteries, hazardous materials, and oversized items will not be accepted. Republic Services will also no longer service items placed in paper bags or cardboard boxes; weatherproof containers must be used.
