Cafin Sentenced to IDOC

(Undated) — A Crawford County man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a September 22nd court appearance. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, Derek Cafin was sentenced to four years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and a Class 4 Felony charge of Theft. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
