Gas Prices Continue Downward Trend

(Undated) — The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded fell over the weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.09 a gallon, down seven cents from Friday. Here in Illinois, drivers are paying four cents less on average at $3.29 a gallon. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $2.99, down six cents from Friday. Oklahoma drivers are paying the lowest statewide average $2.53 a gallon, five cents lower than Friday. Drivers in California are paying the highest at $4.62 a gallon, two cents lower than last Friday.
