Unit 4 Board has a Busy Agenda

(Oblong) — The Oblong Unit 4 Board has a handful of items on its agenda. In “Old Business,” they will review committee reports, the Academic Foundation report, and discuss and approve substitute teachers, aides, bus drivers, cooks, and custodians. In “New Business,” the Unit 4 Board is set to discuss and approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Risk Management Plan, the tentative tax levy, the destruction of closed session minutes, policy updates, and approve an application for the School Maintenance Grant. In other business, they will discuss and possibly take action on Panthers Mathletes proposal for students in grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, the Ice Box Music and Arts Festival, the Winter Guard proposal, and an employee leave request. The Oblong Unit 4 Board meets this evening at 6 p.m. in the Oblong Room of the Oblong Grade School.
