RPD Continues to Take Applications

(Undated) – The Robinson Police Department continues to accept applications for “entry-level” and lateral transfer officers. Successful candidates may be eligible for a hiring bonus of up to $7,500. The starting pay for entry-level police officers is $68,700, with pay increases for patrolmen at one and five years. RPD Chief, Eric Schmidt, says they also continue to accept applications from those seeking a “lateral transfer.” Qualified entry-level applicants will be contacted via email and are required to attend physical and written testing on Saturday, February 21st.
