RHS Wrestlers Advance to State

(Robinson) — The RHS Lady Maroons will be sending one wrestler to State following Sectional action Saturday. According to Head Coach, Hillary Maxwell, Macee Hammond is advancing. Maxwell says Serenity Canady did not participate due to illness and Madison Siler fell in weekend action. The RHS Boys Team will be sending two wrestlers to state. Landon Cornwell and Broady Kelly both qualified and will be headed to Champaign. Elsewhere, the RHS Lady Maroons basketball team will be in Regional action tonight when they square off against Sullivan in Teutopolis at 7:30 p.m. Pregame on 101.7 WTYE and WTYEfm.com is set for around 7:15 p.m.
