Unit 3 Board Meets Tonight

(Palestine) — The Palestine Unit 3 Board meets this evening. On the agenda under “Action Items,” the board will authorize the Superintendent to seek fuel and trash bids for the 2026-2027 school year. They will also designate the Superintendent to prepare the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 School District Budget and approve the public school calendar for the 2026-2027 School Year. In other business, they are set to hire a Volunteer Assistant Junior and High School Track Coach. They will also approve the resignation of the Junior High Boys Baseball Head Coach and the posting of the position, the resignation of Junior High Boys Baseball Assistant Coach and the posting of the position, and the resignation of the OPH Football Volunteer Assistant Coach and the posting of the position. The Palestine Unit 3 Board meets this evening at 6 p.m. at Palestine Grade School.
