Gas Prices Continue to Climb

(Undated) — Gas prices remain high across the country. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.65 a gallon, nineteen cents higher than Monday and thirty-four cents higher than a week ago. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.67, eighteen cents higher than Monday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is unchanged from Monday, hovering around $3.28 a gallon. Kansas drivers are seeing the lowest prices nationwide, with an average of $3.05 a gallon. California drivers are paying an average of $5.39 a gallon.
