Gas Prices Tick Higher

(Undated) — Gas prices are still on the rise. This morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com show the national average for a gallon of regular unleaded is at $4.08, up a penny from yesterday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has surged to $4.27 a gallon, two cents higher than yesterday. It’s $3.95 in Indiana, down two cents from yesterday. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.23 a gallon, unchanged from yesterday. California has the highest, with a statewide average of $5.89 a gallon, a penny higher than yesterday.
