Lady Statesmen Split Games With Kaskaskia

(Robinson) — The Lady Statesmen split games with Kaskaskia yesterday, falling 3-6 in game one. Lilly Hickman took the loss for LTC giving up five hits and six runs over seven innings of work, striking out five and walking one. LTC picked up a win in game two with a final score of 7-4. Kaitlyn Kendall pitched seven innings, allowing four runs on nine hits, striking out three, and walking one. The Lady Statesmen are 12-19 on the season and are slated to be back in action this afternoon.
