(Undated) – Lincoln Trail College is reminding those interested that auditions for “Dracula” begin tomorrow. LTC Theater Director, Taylor Dahlberg, says those auditioning should prepare a 30-45-second monologue of their choice. The monologue should be similar to the character they are auditioning for, but not from the script. The monologue can be from theatre or film, but should not be sung as Dracula is not a musical. Additionally, Dahlberg says you should familiarize yourself with the sides of each role. The first time you are reading the scene out loud should not be in the audition. Auditions will be held on Thursday and Friday at 6 p.m. in the LTC Zwerman Arts Center Theater. Performances will be held October 31st-November 3rd.
