Marginal Risk for Severe Weather Remains in the Forecast

(Undated) — You may want to keep your raincoat and umbrella handy for the next few days. According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, scattered thunderstorms are possible today. They say some storms will have the potential for damaging winds and hail. They also say there is a threat of scattered thunderstorms through Friday and a “marginal risk,” level one of five, for severe storms tomorrow and Thursday.
