’54 Oblong Announces “Special Grant”

(Undated) — Thanks to a recent donation, ’54 Oblong will offer a special grant. According to ’54 Oblong, the one-time twenty-thousand-dollar grant is made possible by a combination of its members’ quarterly donations and anonymous donations made by a local family. They say the winning project is to be a “highly visible, high-impact undertaking that will enhance the village’s beauty and/or amenities.” They say project proposals will be due by noon, July 1st and finalist projects will be presented to members at the “Summer Grant” meeting on July 21st. The winning project will be determined by a vote at the “Autumn Grant” meeting on October 20th.
