(Undated) — The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded gas continues to climb. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $4.57gallon, fourteen cents higher than Monday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has climbed another eight cents to $5 a gallon. Drivers across the Wabash have seen prices fall slightly. The statewide average in Indiana is currently $4.73 a gallon, a dime lower than it was on Monday. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.98 a gallon, eleven cents higher than Monday. California drivers are paying the highest statewide average at $ 6.16 a gallon, a dime higher than at the beginning of the week.
