CMH Says It’s “Athletic Physical Season”

(Undated) – Crawford Memorial Hospital is reminding student-athletes and their parents that it’s time to begin the athletic physical process for the 2026-2027 sports seasons. CMH says each athlete must be pre-screened by the CMH Athletic Training Staff before having an athletic physical. The prescreening is an opportunity for CMH Athletic Training Staff to review the athlete’s health history and determine whether the athlete receives his/her physical at the hospital’s physical clinic. Completed appointment selection and health history portion of the physical will need to be turned in to CMH Outpatient Therapy or your school’s Athletic Trainer no later than May 28th. Once the CMH Athletic Training staff receives it, they will review the athlete’s health history and call to notify the athlete of scheduled appointments.
