Wildcats Pick Up Second Win of the Season

(Oblong) — The OPH Wildcats picked up their second win of the season, rolling to a 13-1 win over Dugger Union. Caden Goodwin collected three hits in three at-bats. He doubled in the third inning, singled in the first, and singled in the second. Jude Wirey stepped on the mound first for the Wildcats. He surrendered one run on zero hits over three innings, striking out five and walking one. Riley Blank tossed two innings of no-run ball for OPH in relief, surrendering zero hits, striking out four, and walking none. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 2-14 on the season. They are set to be back in action this afternoon as they host Windsor.
