Wildcats Get Rolled By Cowden

(Oblong) — The OPH Wildcats got rolled by Cowden/Herrick 13-6. A Cowden nine-run fifth inning proved to be the difference in the loss. Lucas Blessing stepped on the bump first for OPH. The righty gave up five hits and three runs over four innings, striking out six and walking two. Brody Keesling pitched just two-thirds of an inning and gave up six runs on three hits while walking four. Riley Blank pitched the final couple of frames, allowing four runs on five hits, walking two, and striking out four. With the loss, OPH falls to 2-16 on the season. They are set to be back in action Tuesday for a home game against Tri-County.
