Bo Brotherton, 70, of Oblong, IL, passed away on June 3, 2026, at Indiana University Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
A time of visitation will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8th, at the First Christian Church of Oblong. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6:00 p.m. with Bro. Randy Nave officiating. During the service, family and friends will be given the opportunity to share their favorite memories of Bo. Memorial contributions may be made to “Both Hands,” an organization that was instrumental in the adoption of Bo’s granddaughter, Moriah. Memorials may be made online using this link, and memorial envelopes will be available at the church. The Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson is assisting the family at this time.
