Area Man Sentenced On Escape Charge

(Undated) — An area man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a June 22nd court appearance. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, Eric Fields was sentenced to five years on the Class 3 felony charge of Escape. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
