ISP Identify Man Arrested in Olney Double Homicide

(Undated) — The Illinois State Police have identified the man arrested in Tuesday’s double homicide in Olney. Twenty-five-year-old Dylan Jones, of Olney, was booked into the Richland County Jail on two preliminary counts of First-Degree Murder. The ISP says officers responded Tuesday to two homes in the 400 block of East Monroe Street. Officers found two people dead in separate homes. They were identified as John Jones Junior and Deborah Jones. The case remains under investigation.
