(Undated) — Gas prices have fallen but remain above the four-dollar-a-gallon mark. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $4.06, four cents lower than Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $4.32 a gallon, four cents lower than Friday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.61, down three cents from Monday. Texas has the lowest prices in the nation with a statewide average of $3.56 a gallon. California drivers are paying the highest prices in the nation, with a statewide average of $5.62 a gallon.
