Three Sentenced to IDOC During Early July Court Appearances

(Undated) — The Crawford County State’s Attorney’s Office is reporting the July 8th sentencing of several individuals. Amberleigh Fox was sentenced to ten years in the IDOC on a Class 1 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Holly Cook was sentenced to two years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Aggravated Battery. Peter Smith was sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on the Class 3 Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. The Robinson Police Department and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of these cases.
