RHS Soccer Team Late Rally Came Up Short Yesterday

(Robinson) — The RHS Soccer Team came up short 3-2 yesterday against ALAH on day 2 of the Altamont Tournaments. Head Coach, Hilary Maxwell, says the Maroons put up a good fight but unfortunately, they gave up three goals in the first 12 minutes of the game. Maxwell says the deficit lit a fire under the Maroons and not only did they hold ALAH off for the next 70-ish minutes, but they were able to sink two in the net in the second half. She says while they didn’t get the win, the team played well, and as a coaching staff, they are proud of their comeback. They will be back in action today for the final game of the tournament when they face St. Antony.
