Hot Weather Continues for the Area

(Undated) — Hot weather continues to hit much of Illinois. According to the current “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, temps could reach the upper 90s today with heat index values as high as 105 degrees. They remind residents to wear lightweight and loose-fitting clothing outside, while limiting strenuous activities to early morning or evening. The “Heat Advisory” from the National Weather Service will remain in effect until 7 p.m. Friday.
