Pal/Hut Lost in Thursday Football Action

(Undated) — Week 3 of the high school football season got underway last night. The Palestine/Hutsonville Pioneers fell to South Fork 62-6. With the loss, the Pioneers fall to 0-3 on the season. They will be back in action on the road next Saturday for a road game at Pawnee. Tonight, the Panthers will be on the road to face Metro-East Lutheran. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. The RHS Maroons will welcome Mt. Carmel to Crosby Field tonight. However, as a result of the extreme heat, kickoff has been pushed back to 8 p.m. Pregame on 101.7 WTYE and WTYEfm.com will be around 7:45 p.m.
