Elliott Sentenced to 15 years in IDOC

(Undated) — During a Monday Crawford County court appearance, Benjamin Elliott was sentenced to a total of fifteen years in the IDOC. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney Cole Shaner, Elliott was sentenced to twelve years on a Class X Felony charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver and three years on the Class 4 Felony charge of Domestic Battery. The two sentences are to run consecutively. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of these cases.
