Gas Prices Slip Lower Over the Holiday Weekend

(Undated) – Gas prices have continued their downward trend. According to GasBuddy.com, the national average have fallen to $3.29 a gallon, down six cents from Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has also fallen six cents from Friday to $3.62. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average has fallen seven cents from Friday to $3.20 a gallon. Mississippi has the lowest prices in the nation at $2.81 a gallon and California drivers are paying the highest prices at $4.58 a gallon.
