CCHD Needs Items for Its Comfort Care Bags

(Undated) – The Crawford County Health Department is seeking donations for its “Cancer Comfort Bags.” The “Cancer Comfort Bag” program was established in June of 2022 and provides a tote bag filled with comfort items and essentials to Crawford County residents battling cancer. While the CCHD promotes, organizes, and distributes the bags, this program is 100% donation-based. All bags, blankets, comfort items, and gift cards are donated by residents, local businesses, and CCHD employee fundraisers. The CCHD says they are running low on several items. The CCHD says the items needed can be found on their Amazon Wishlist.
