(Undated) – Lance Newcomb remains behind bars. Newcomb was transported to the Crawford County Jail last week and booked on the charge of Concealment of Homicidal Death following his arrest in Greenup. He is being held on a $2.5 million cash bond. Newcomb, Hiley Schulte, and Angela Newcomb were all three arrested in connection to the disappearance of Ryan Waggoner. Angela Newcomb and Schulte were both released on ten-thousand-dollar cash bonds. The Illinois State Police are waiting on the forensic analysis of remains recovered in rural Crawford County last week as the investigation continues.
