(Palestine) – A cannabis dispensary will be a major topic of discussion during tonight’s Palestine Village Board meeting. They are set to reverse the votes from the June Board meeting regarding a dispensary in the village. The board is also set to hear from Steve McGahey, Penny Shaw, Mark Shaner, Jim Clark, Nichole Martin, and Mark Wiseman regarding the proposed dispensary. The Palestine Village Board will then open a discussion on a dispensary in the Village limits. In other business, the board is set to approve the Chamber’s request for a Labor Day Beer Tent and get an update on the Main Street Building. The Palestine Village Board meets this afternoon at 5 pm.
