Special Prosecutor to Handle McNair Sexual Assault Case

(Undated) – Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, announced yesterday that to “avoid any conflict of interest for any parties evolved” his office would not be handling prosecution of Carl McNair. Instead, a special prosecutor will handle the case. McNair was booked into the Crawford County Jail on July 10th on the charge of Criminal Sexual Assault.
