Wet Weather Still a Threat

By Tony Collins Jul 20, 2023 | 6:34 AM

(Undated) – The threat of wet weather continues. According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, scattered storms are expected to “redevelop” along a cold front pushing through the area this afternoon. They say some of these storms could be strong to severe, with damaging winds and large hail possible. The forecast is currently calling for a chance of showers and thunderstorms late this afternoon into the evening before clearing overnight. The forecast for the early part of the weekend currently looks sunny with highs in the low to mid-eighties before rain returns on Sunday.
