(Palestine) – The Village of Palestine will be the location of Crawford County’s first cannabis dispensary. During yesterday’s village board meeting the dispensary was approved following a tie vote. Harry Purcell, J.R. Dunlap, and Brian Nethery voted in favor while Mary Michael, Tim McDaniel, and Twilla Davis voted against it. Palestine Mayor, Rob Byrley, was the tiebreaker vote in favor of allowing the dispensary to operate within the village.
