Heat and Humidity Expected to Return

(Undated) – The current forecast looks nearly perfect, but heat and humidity are expected to return. We can expect to see sunshine with highs in the mid-70s today and low to mid-80s through Saturday. However, according to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, heat and humidity will begin building into the area this weekend, persisting into next week. The high Sunday and Monday are expected to be back up into the mid-90s and the National Weather Service says the heat index, or feels like temperature, may reach 100 degrees.
