Theft Call Lands Oblong Woman Behind Bars in Effingham

(Oblong) – A theft call in Oblong landed a woman behind bars in Effingham. According to Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, deputies arrested fifty-six-year-old Elizabeth Tomko on an Effingham County Failure to Appear Warrant for Theft. Tomko was transported to the Crawford County Jail before being released to Effingham County Deputies.
