Gas Prices Continue to Fall Despite Middle East Conflict

(Undated) – Gas prices continue to fall nationwide. According to GasBuddy.com, for the fourth consecutive week, the nation’s average price of gas has dropped, falling eleven cents from a week ago to $3.56 per gallon. The national average price of diesel has also fallen, down nearly six cents in the last week to $4.48 per gallon. GasBuddy Head of Petroleum Analysis, Patrick De Haan, says the downward momentum has gained steam and he remains steadfast that additional declines are coming. However, he remains cautious as a result of the conflict in the Middle East. He says the national average is likely to soon fall to its lowest level in six months, potentially falling as much as an additional thirty-five cents.
