(Robinson) – The RHS Tennis Team wrapped their season at the State Finals Friday. Head Coach, Steve Jenkins, says overall the RHS Girls Tennis Team finished 36 out of the 74 teams that were participating in the State Finals. Sydney Harmon and Grace Gower lost their 3rd round match on Friday in the “back draw” to finish their run at State. Jenkins says the coaching staff is very proud of how well the girls played at State and the work the entire team put in to improve each week. Jenkins says from five players qualifying for State to the team finishing 1st in Sectionals and Conference Tournaments, as well as finishing 2nd in two other top tournaments it was without a doubt a successful year.
