Scouts will be Distributing “Scouting for Food” Bags Saturday

(Oblong) – Oblong Mayor, Teresa Fielder, is reminding Village residents that the Oblong Cub Scouts Pack 324 will be dropping off bags this Saturday for their “Scouting for Food” Program. Fielder says the troop will begin making the rounds at 10:30 a.m. She says if you can donate non-perishable food items for the Cub Scouts, you are asked to have the bags outside your door or porch on November, 18th. The scouts will be back in town to pick up the bags of food.
