Gas Prices Remain Largely Unchanged

(Undated) – The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded remains relatively unchanged. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is hovering around $3.39 a gallon, the same price as the beginning of the week. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has jumped eight cents from Monday to $3.57 a gallon. In Indiana, the statewide average is up sixteen cents from Monday to $3.42 a gallon. Nine states have prices below three dollars a gallon, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina. California drivers are paying, on average, $5.07 a gallon.
