(Oblong) – An Olney man was arrested Saturday following a harassment complaint in Oblong. According to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department, deputies arrested twenty-five-year-old Sydney Carter on charges of Assault and Criminal Trespass to Real Property. Carter was taken to the county jail for processing and later released with a future court date.
