(Undated) – Ameren Illinois is promoting “Warm Neighbors Cool Friends.” This grant program, which started in 1982, is a partnership between Ameren Illinois and the Energy Assistance Foundation.
That was Energy Assistance Program Director of Marketing, Kim Mangan. She says this program is designed to help “moderate-income” families.
