(Oblong) – The Oblong Village Board meets this afternoon and they have a handful of items on the agenda. They are set to approve the South Adams Street water line replacement bid and contract, review a proposal for the Village’s webpage, and review a donation to Paws for Prevention. In other business, the Oblong Village Board is set to adopt an ordinance regarding the “Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act” for the Village. The Oblong Village Board meets this afternoon at 5 p.m. in the meeting room of the Oblong Municipal Building.
